• Why do we have dues?

  In the past, there are usually a few members of the family who have subsidized the cost of reunions by "chipping in" large amounts of money to fill deficits. That model has proven to no longer be sustainable.

• When do I need to pay my dues, and how do I pay?

  Family Dues will be collected biannually from all members of the family and must be paid in full by February 28, 2026, at midnight.

  You may make a one-time payment or enroll in monthly installments (spread out over 6 months).

• Why should I pay dues? What's the benefit?

  We introduced biannual family dues to help support the growing cost of the reunion. Paying your dues will help ensure the continued legacy, success, and fun of the Pauline Jackson Family Reunions. 

• What will the dues be used for?

  Family Dues will cover reunion operating expenses such as website hosting, facilities rental fees, welcome bags, incidentals, food, etc. Family Dues will not be used to cover lodging, travel, or other ancillary costs associated with attending the family reunion​

• Can family friends attend?

       The above rates are also applicable to Friends of the Family planning                  to attend the reunion.

• Can I pay on the day of the event?

       Unfortunately, we will not be accepting any funds on the day of the event          due to the need to finalize headcounts, catering, venue payments, and              other arrangements in advance. All expenses must be covered prior to the        event date to ensure everything runs smoothly and that we can provide a          well-organized and enjoyable experience for everyone attending. We                appreciate your understanding and timely support!
